Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Phoenix currently offers Arizona continuing education classes free of charge as a service to local insurance professionals. Because no tuition, registration fee, or course fee is collected from students, there is normally no course payment to refund.
If a paid CE class is offered
If Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Phoenix ever charges a fee for a continuing education class, the following refund policy will apply:
- Registrants may cancel at least two business days before the scheduled class and receive a full refund of any course fee paid.
- If Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Phoenix cancels or reschedules a class, registrants may choose either a full refund or transfer to a future class.
- If a registrant is unable to receive CE credit because of a provider error, the registrant will receive a full refund of any course fee paid.
How to request a refund
Refund requests may be made by calling 602-278-8837 or by replying to the class registration confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method when possible.
Any optional government, SBS, or third-party reporting fee that has already been submitted and is non-refundable to Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Phoenix may not be refundable after CE credit has been reported. Any such fee will be disclosed before it is collected.
Attendance, participation, identification, and license information requirements must still be met for CE credit. A refund or transfer does not guarantee CE credit for a course not completed.
